Refund & Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month subscriptions

PayerVista is offered as a month-to-month subscription billed through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate until you cancel.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly within the application (Settings → Billing). No phone call or email is required. You do not need to provide a reason.

Access through the end of your paid period

When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle. You keep full access until that date, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. Access ends when the paid period expires.

No prorated refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or mid-cycle cancellations, except as described below or as required by applicable law.

Exceptions: duplicate charges and billing errors

We will promptly correct and refund:

• Duplicate charges for the same billing period.
• Verifiable billing errors on our side (for example, an incorrect amount charged).

If you believe you were charged in error, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] within 60 days of the charge with your account email and the charge details, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [CONTACT EMAIL] so we can resolve it quickly — most issues are corrected within a few business days. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may result in temporary suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated with our payment processor, Stripe. We reserve the right to submit documentation to contest disputes we believe are invalid.
